Pathfinder FriendsHey Folks, Hope everyone is doing well.  It's been a busy month for us so I thought I'd get you caught up. First of all, THANK YOU! We've been asking you to vote each week on www.gospelmusicnews.com website for our songs. Last week "On The Authority" was #1 on the chart. "Breath That Gives Me Life" was the number 2 song. We thank you all for voting. This is something that you can do for us once a week. Voting ends every Saturday @ 9:00 pm. So, if you get this email today and have a few minutes jump back on there and vote again. Both of these songs are doing well on radio. That's important to our ministry because that's how we get our message out and how people get to know about The Pathfinders. The more people hear from us, the more opportunity that we get to go into different areas to minister. So, thanks again for voting and please vote again. On the 13th of September we had the privilege to worship in Danville KY and in Hustonville KY. We had a great day on our way to the National Quartet Convention. We arrived in Louisville close to midnight and went straight to work setting up for NQC. Throughout the entire week there is always something going on. The Artist Showcases start early in the morning and run until 4:00 pm and then the Exhibit hall opens for fans to come and visit all of the artists. At 6:00 pm each night the singing starts on "center stage". All of the singers that perform there are full time and include groups such as Ernie Hasse and Signature Sound, The Kingsmen, Gold City Quartet and many others. We had the privilege to sing Tuesday for the Artist Spotlight Showcase and both of our radio songs were very well accepted. During the week besides meeting the fans we had the opportunity to meet with Song Writers, Media and Radio DJ's. Needless to say we stayed very, very busy. Unfortunately, due to work schedules we had to leave early Friday morning and return home. But that was ok, it gave me time to rest before returning to work. I'm getting too old to keep that busy and missed out on a lot of my "beauty" rest during the week. Please remember as your church starts planning for homecoming for 2010 that The Pathfinders would love the opportunity to celebrate with you. All you have to do is call us. Hope you all have a wonderful week. We love you all. In HIS Service, Dawn The Pathfinders
