The Pathfinders’ Newest Release – Mercy Answered – Now Available!

GASTONIA, N.C. – The Pathfinders are pleased to announce the release of the group’s latest recording, Mercy Answered. Mercy Answered is now available to purchase at concerts and events in which The Pathfinders will be appearing as well as available to purchase at the group’s website.

Mercy Answered was produced by Brad Hudson (The Greenes). The recording was engineered by Glenn Tabor. Vocals were arranged by Kevin Stokes and Richard Putnam.

Mercy Answered features 15 brand new songs from the popular trio. The recording includes new songs from some of the industry’s most recognized songwriters including Jimmy Dooley, Daryl Williams, Beverly Sapp, John Robinson, Thomas Hinton, Richard Calhoun, and many more.

In addition, the new recording features instrumental work from Tony Creasman, Mike Severs, Kevin Stokes, Dirk Johnson, David Johnson, Mike Severs, Kevin Grant, Duncan Mullins, and Mark Stallings. Vocals were recorded at GAT3 Studios.

Dawn McGuire of The Pathfinders said, “We are so excited to finally have our new CD available to our fans. This was a real labor of love for us, and we know that God is going to use the songs from this recording to touch many people.”

“Mercy Answered has been in the works for a very long time, and it is also the first project that features Brian Dockins with the group,” mentioned Dearl Lemons of The Pathfinders. “We know that people are going to love the songs we have chosen for this recording.”

The Pathfinders are debuting four songs from Mercy Answered on the group’s MySpace. Fans can get a sneak peak of “You Are the Breath”, “Calm the Raging Storm”, “What the Sea Saw”, and “Pour It On Down” by logging on to http://www.myspace.com/thepathfinderstrio.

The group will also be performing all new material from the recording next week during the National Quartet Convention. The group will be performing on the NQC sponsored Artist Spotlight Showcase on Tuesday afternoon (SouthWing Conference Center, Kentucky Expo Center), as well as the Carolina Showcase on Wednesday afternoon (Mary Room, Executive Inn West), and the Southern Spin Entertainment Showcase on Thursday afternoon (Canterbury Room, Executive Inn East).

Mercy Answered will be available to purchase at the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Kentucky next week. Fans can visit the group at their booths, #1623 & 1625.

The debut radio release from Mercy Answered will be released later this year through Jeff O’Neal and Heritage Communications. Be listening for The Pathfinders on Southern Gospel radio all across the country.
